Olney Events are delighted to bring The Big Olney Food Festival back to the town for 2023. Despite the sad news leading up to 2022’s event, the festival was the most successful ever, which leads us to this year's challenge - to make it even better!
Following the success of 2022, we have been able to welcome additional support for the Olney Events Committee and would like to give a big welcome to Saff, Ron, David and Helen for their time and energy in helping put the event together.
You may have noticed we have a brand new website www.bigolneyfoodfestival.co.uk
This year we have a wide range of stalls catering for every requirement. Rumour has it that if you eat on an hourly basis from 12 noon on Saturday through till 6 pm on Sunday you may just get to sample all of the culinary delights.
This year we have another bumper line up of bands and are delighted to welcome Mad Mods and Englishmen to the line up for the first time since 2016. They will be closing Saturday’s entertainment and prior to them taking the stages you can expect great entertainment from The Reformers, Bailey Devon, Route 66 top name a few. Sunday will see the return of Ian Robert’s Tinkers Lane in addition to D-Tox, local Favourites No Hot Ashes and those noisy punk rockers The Beaulocks!!!
This year we have committed to raise funds for YoungMinds, Olney is Kind and FOLIO. More details can be found further on in the programme. The majority of funds are raised via bar sales and the raffle. With this in mind we kindly ask that you support the bar and refrain from bringing other purchased alcohol to the event.
We have a wide range of drinks for you to choose from either at our main bar, horse box bar, wines from The Wine Cellar and a welcome back to Roman Way brewery for providing a selection of ales, and their new pilsner.
With the biggest list of thanks in the world we would like to extend our gratitude to the hard work from all of you who make the event a success, you know who you are!
Please check out the remainder of the programme, and get yourself comfortable for a fantastic weekend of food, drink, and live entertainment.
